♥ Giclée prints are created using archival pigment inks on Somerset Velvet or Hanhemuhle Photo Rag matte fine art paper. They are of art gallery archival quality, guaranteed to be fade-resistant and look phenomenal for decades.
♥ Mounted prints are giclée prints in a snow white mount, signed and titled on the mount by me, ready to frame.
♥ Frames are handmade by in the UK by an artisan woodcrafter, and I use crystal clear artist's acrylic instead of glass to reduce the chance of damage during shipping. Framed prints come ready to hang.
♥ Canvases are made with the highest quality cotton blend canvas and archival pigment ink, meaning they are guaranteed to stay vibrant and fade-resistant for 100 years when hung properly. Each canvas is stretched onto thick kiln-dried pine stretcher bars by a professional canvas maker to ensure it won't warp. All canvases come ready to hang on your wall.

To ensure longevity of your art:
* Avoid displaying in areas of direct sunlight or high humidity.
* Open and handle the art with care. Unlike normal prints, fine art papers and giclée prints have a delicate surface so they are susceptible to scratches.
* If storing your print for a significant period of time, make sure you use acid-free storage materials to avoid yellowing of the paper or mount.
* If you plan to frame the print, professional conservation framing is strongly recommended.

Saying that, if there is anything wrong with your order, I'll do everything I can to put it right. This includes offering you an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately I'm not able to reimburse shipping costs.
Please note that, in order to issue a refund or replacement, I will need photographs and descriptions of the damage within 5 days of receipt.
